Why am I receiving a certificate error in Boardmaker 7 Editor

Some users may see errors such as "self signed certificate in certificate chain", "can’t verify the first certificate", or "unable to get local issue certificate"   when trying to sign in to Boardmaker 7 Editor. 

Organization users should report the issue to their IT department and request they add login.tobiidynavox.com to the SSL inspection bypass/exclusion list. This will allow traffic to our login system to pass through without being intercepted, so the application receives our original certificate.   This should fix it for all other Boardmaker users on your network. 

Individual users can try the following:
In Boardmaker 7 Editor - Click the menu > User Settings > General > Advanced Network Settings > Continue > Disable Strict SSL > Save
