Why is my keyboard typing in all CAPS?

If you are using TD Control or TD Browse and the keyboard is typing in all capital letters when the CAPS (shift) key is not pressed, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

1. Navigate to the Windows desktop
2. Open the touch keyboard.  You can find it located on the system tray.
3. Turn off CAPS.  CAPS will be off when all of the letters on the touch keyboard appear in lowercase.
4. Close the touch keyboard

Now the keyboards in TD Control and TD Browse will type in the correct case.
