Why amd I getting a TD Updater Service error with Boardmaker and TD Updater

If during an update or install of Boardmaker 7 you receive an error that states "'TD Updater service' TDVX.update.service.exe failed to start..."

Please try the following:

1. Delete: C:\ProgramData\TD Updater
   1. Note: ProgramData may be hidden. To show hidden files:  Open File Explorer  from the taskbar. Select View > Show, then select Hidden items
2. Retry the installation or update.
