What can I try if I'm having difficulty connecting or reconnecting my iPhone to TD Phone?
Fixing iPhone Connection Issues with TD Phone
If your iPhone is having trouble connecting to TD Phone, please follow these steps:
1. Reset TD Phone on your I-Series device
- OpenTD Phone.
- Go toSettings.
- Tap> to navigate to the second page of settings.
- SelectMy Phone.
- TapReset. When asked to confirm, tapReset again.
2. Forget all Bluetooth devices on your iPhone
(If these steps don’t match your iOS version, check Apple’s website for updated instructions.)
- Open theSettings app on your iPhone.
- TapBluetooth.
- UnderMy Devices, you’ll see all connected devices.
- Tap the bluei next to the first device.
- TapForget This Device, then confirm by tappingForget Device.
- Repeat steps 4–5 for all devices, especially AirPods, Beats, or other headphones.
3. Disable AirPlay & Continuity
- OpenSettings on your iPhone.
- TapGeneral.
- TapAirPlay & Continuity.
- TapAutomatically AirPlay.
- SelectNever.
- Go back and confirm thatAutomatically AirPlay is set toNever.
4. Restart both devices
Restart your I-Series device and your iPhone. After they reboot, you should be able to connect to TD Phone again.
