Mouse Emulation will not work with Gaze Viewer

When using Mouse Emulation with Gaze Viewer the mouse cursor will not be displayed in Gaze Viewer. It stays under the Gaze Viewer control window and it's not possible to click a button. If required the user has to swith to Gaze Selection.
