I-series mic not working

The I-series mic may not work due to the wrong microphone being selected. You can change this in the control panel by following these steps.

1. Click on start menu and search for Control Panel:

2. Click on "Sound" once in Control Panel:

3. Click on the "Recording" tab at the top of the window:

4. Make sure the mic that is picking up sounds (will flash green bars beside it) is the one set to "Default communication device"
