Boardmaker Activities has empty folders within TD Snap
TD Snap Boardmaker activities has blank folders
To Restore the Snap Activities folder, please close TD Snap on your device and follow the steps below
- Open a web browser on any device and go to www.myboardmaker.com
- Log into your Boardmaker account (it should use the same credentials as the myTobiiDynavox Account)
- Select the "My Activities" option from the Home Page
- IMPORTANT: If you have added any custom files or activities to the Snap Activities folder already, you will want to first move them to a different folder first before deleting the Snap Activities folder. Then you can move them back once the folder reappears. This ensures you don't delete any files or activities you had moved there when you delete the folder.
- Select the X to the far right of the Snap Activities folder to delete the folder and its contents.
- Close the web browser and open TD Snap on your device. Re-log into your mytobiidynavox.com account. The folders should re-populate as long as you are on a Wi-Fi network and signed into your mytobiidynavox.com account.
