This Privacy Policy sets out how Tobii AB (publ), doing businesses as Tobii Dynavox and hereinafter referred to as “Tobii”, uses and protects any information that you give Tobii when you use this website.

Our promise

  1. When making a purchase
    By completing the purchase you accept the conditions in Tobii's Privacy Policy and explicitly give your consent that Tobii saves and stores personal information required for providing services. You also consent that Tobii and its affiliated companies worldwide shall be entitled to process and use the data. This is done in order to be able to fulfill your order and target and answer any possible support question, questions of warranty and/or other follow-up questions from the customers.
  2. When using this website
    We collect the information you give us when using our website and filling in a form, such as name and contact details including email address and other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers. Tobii will not actively collect personal data without your authorization.
  3. Technical support requests
    If you get in contact with our technical support, we may ask you to provide a product serial number if possible. This allows us to log your request in our database organized byproducts. Creating this log allows our technical support staff to develop a profile specific to your product or software and ultimately serve you better.
  4. Email
    If you make a purchase or give your consent in any other way, we will email you about product updates, important changes at Tobii or about new products (maximum 2-4 times a year, but usually less often).
