Kurstyp: Device Training
In this workshop learn how to make AAC a SNAP for you, the communicator and all those that support them. SNAP + Core First is built for communication success: growth, engagement, and literacy. BEST OF ALL IT IS EASY TO USE AND PERSONALIZE; family members, support staff, teachers and SLPs can make changes, add pages and even find vocabulary in minutes. Sync those changes with another device. It comes with Core Words that continuously builds vocabulary and skills by introducing new vocabulary systematically and purposefully. SNAP + Core First has topic pages that make real-time conversations possible! Start at the level that works best for the communicator. Wait there’s more; you will also get implementation ideas, videos of how to’s, goals and lesson plans to support those goals that can be accessed anywhere anytime.
Certificates of Attendance will be available to use as continuing education documentation for clinical maintenance hours.
All participants are encouraged to bring an iPad, Windows 10 tablet/computer (download the free SNAP + Core First App and the Pathways for Core First App) or bring a Tobii Dynavox Indi, I-110 or I Series with Snap + Core First to get hands on experience.
