Training Type: Device Training
In the morning:
Learn how to make AAC a SNAP; built for communication success: growth, engagement, and literacy. Snap + Core First IS EASY TO USE AND PERSONALIZE. Find vocabulary, make changes, and add pages in minutes then sync those changes with another device. Use Core Words to continuously build skills by introducing new vocabulary systematically and purposefully. Topic pages make real-time conversations possible! Explore Pathways to get implementation ideas, see videos of how to’s, goals and lesson plans that can be accessed anywhere anytime.
In the afternoon:
Practice tips and tricks for everyday use at home, school and therapy. While you are experimenting don’t be afraid to ASK questions, in this setting there is help to get you through it. Leave the session with a handful of resources and practical tips that can be used to maximize learning. Explore Snap + Core First along with Boardmaker Activities-to-Go, a collection of free, printable, thematic activities that support K-12 students by building world knowledge and teaching functional life skills.
