When opening Look to Learn the user receives an error

To resolve the issue you (or the user) will need the Look to Learn installer.
 
1. Download the file from https://downloads.sensorysoftware.com/public/Look%20to%20Learn.exe.
2. Uninstall Look to Learn from Programs and Features in the Control Panel or Apps & Features from Settings. 
3. Install Look to Learn again.
