What do I do if I'm getting a "Server is Busy" error when attempting to open Communicator?

If using an EyeMobile Plus with a Surface Pro and Communicator 5.4, you may get an error stating "Server is Busy" when attempting to open Communicator.  

To fix this:

  1. Right-click on the Tobii Eye Tracker icon in the system tray (near the date and time).
  2. Select Quit.
  3. Open Communicator.
  4. Select the Microsoft start button and choose Tobii EyeX Interaction.
  5. Select Tobii Eye Tracking to start eye tracking again.
