The touchscreen does not respond after you turn on the Gemini.
- Check that the touchscreen is not cracked, scratched or damaged, and that nothing is pressing on the touchscreen.
- If your mouse and keyboard work properly, restart the Gemini by using the power button or Special menu. Do not touch the screen until you see the Gemini desktop.
- If your mouse and keyboard do not respond, hold down the power button and watch for a window to appear that will ask you if you want to Restart, Sleep, Cancel, or Shut Down. If this window appears, continue to hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds until the unit turns off. Wait several seconds and press the power button again to restart the Gemini, and do not touch the screen until you see the Main board.
