Return within 30 days
Customers wishing to return merchandise for a credit, exchange, and/or refund must inform Tobii Dynavox Customer Support within 30 days from the date of shipment by Tobii Dynavox. To do so, please fill in our return form.
Contact our Customer Support before returning the device
Before returning any product to Tobii Dynavox, please fill in the required return form to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package. The Return Authorization (RA) number will be sent to you via e-mail.
To receive any potential refund, you are requested to follow the instructions in the Return Authorization (RA) provided by the Customer Support. Not following the instructions might lead to additional freight, postal and customs charges which will be the responsibility of the customer.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling
If a product is to be returned, you are responsible for shipping it to the address in the Return Authorization (RA) provided to you by Tobii Dynavox Customer Support. Returns must be shipped with the freight label you receive with Return Authorization (RA) from our Customer Support via email. Freight collect packages will not be accepted.
The device must be in new condition and complete
Merchandise returned must be in the original, new condition and accompanied by all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Returns after 30 days, or without complete packaging, will be accepted only for exchange of defective product under the terms of our Tobii Dynavox Device Warranty. Tobii Dynavox reserves the right to refuse merchandise or to impose a 15% restocking fee for any returns not meeting the above requirements.
