If you answered yes to any of the above questions this hands-on workshop is for you. Learn how the mytobiidynavox ecosystem provides you the tools you need to work collaboratively and smarter not harder. Steps and best practices for syncing, sharing and backing up will we provided. This workshop is best if you are already using SNAP + Core First and are comfortable with basic editing. Different scenarios/situations will be discussed to gain understanding of how to get the most out of these unique features.
Opportunities for syncing and sharing will be provided during the session. You must have set up your free mytobiidynavox account prior to the workshop to take full advantage of activities. Be sure to check for SNAP + Core First updates before coming; you will need the most current version of the app to sync/share and backup.
All participants are encouraged to bring an Ipad, windows 10 tablet or bring a Tobii Dynavox Indi, I 110 or I Series with Snap + Core First up and running to get hands on experience.
Certificates of Attendance will be available to use as continuing education documentation for clinical maintenance hours.

Dannel Friel, Northeastern MN Solutions Consultant at Tobii Dynavox. She started providing assistive technology support in 1988 at Gillette Children's Hospital and joined Tobii Dynavox in 1997. Dannel's passion is assisting with all things related to AAC including assessment, the funding process, implementation, training and in-services for those supporting children and adults with severe speech and language disabilities.
