COVID-19 has dramatically impacted everyone and people who need AAC are no exception. Our team has been working with new and experienced clinicians during the pandemic to support them and their clients. We have provided remote coaching on devices, conducted evaluations from parking lots, front porches and garages, and supported virtual assessments from many miles away. Clinicians and families have found the AAC solutions that work for them and we have supported them through the funding process.

We have learned how to successfully navigate technology remotely to provide support to those who need AAC and we want to help you continue serving your clients through the simple steps below:

  • Consult - Schedule a consultation with your Accounts Managers or local partner to confirm eligibility of your client.
  • Schedule - We can conduct a virtual meeting on your preferred platform or use one of our virtual tools to easily assist you in conducting the assessment. It’s your choice.
  • Virtual Assessment – Our team will send you a device if it is needed for the evaluation and join you during the evaluation to provide support.
  • Funding – Our team is available to support you in submitting your funding packet online for a speech generating device to health insurance providers in North America.
