Learn about the communication solutions of Snap Core First that support communication engagement, literacy and language growth. We will focus on techniques for customization, simplification, and implementation.

·        Describe two ways to allow for vocabulary growth in Snap Core First

·        Identify one benefit of using the collaboration tools in Snap Core First

Presenter: Janette Thibodeau

Janette earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education – MOD SD from the University of Akron in 1994. She has experience working with diverse pediatric and adult populations with a variety of communication needs. Her initial work experience included teaching in a high school transition program. She has been a licensed as a Special Education teacher for K-12 in several states. Janette has been a consultant with Tobii Dynavox for over 6 years.
