President of Tobii Dynavox and it’s management team
Fredrik Ruben has been head of the business unit, Tobii Dynavox, since 2014. He was previously the President & CEO at 3L System Group (publ.) and Vitec Mäklarsystem, working internationally with bases in New York, Singapore and Sweden.
Fredrik holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Linköping, Sweden.
President, North American Market
Tara was previously president of Tobii ATI, originally founded in 1983 by doctors at Boston Children’s Hospital to develop tools to aid children with disabilities.
Rudnicki also serves as an executive committee member of the Assistive Technology Industry Association, which actively champions new technologies that enable the disabled to live fuller, more independent lives.
Tara completed studies in criminal justice at Framingham State University and Northeastern University in Massachusetts.
Vice President, Sales – Europe and Rest of World (EUROW)
Peter joined Tobii Dynavox in 2008 with the responsibility of running the assistive technology sales in the EUROW markets. During those years, his team has expanded their presence into more than 60 markets.
Prior to working at Tobii Dynavox, Peter worked in the laboratory field heading up sales of molecular diagnostic tests in Europe for Cepheid (former Sangtec Molecular Diagnostics AB). Peter has more than 35 years in sales and marketing within the Health Care business including companies such as Johnson & Johnson, G.D. Searl, B. Braun Melsungen AG and Dentsply.
Peter holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA.
Vice President, Products and Development
Bob joined DynaVox in 1993 as the director of software development. He later became Chief Technology Officer in May 2009. Prior to joining DynaVox, Bob was a senior software engineer at Vertex Software and vice president of research and development for the Guidance Corporation. He began his career as a research programmer at the University of Pittsburgh’s Learning Research and Development Center. Bob has worked as an independent computer-programming consultant on long-term projects for Xerox, Inc. and the U.S. Air Force.
Bob graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
Vice President, Global Operations
Anthony joined DynaVox in 2004 as Vice President, Operations. Prior to entering the AAC industry, Anthony had an illustrious work history but most recently served as Vice President & General Manager at Millennia Technologies (2000-2004) and served as Production Manager at Laser Drive, Inc. (1990-2000) and in 1992 was promoted to President.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Geneva College.
Vice President, Customer Relations
Ulrica started at Tobii Dynavox as a Quality Manager in 2010. Prior to joining Tobii, she worked with R&D (Hardware, Software and Quality) at Atlas Copco and with R&D and Sales and Management at HiQ.
Ulrica holds a Master’s of Science from the Royal Institute of Technology.
Global HR Director, Tobii Dynavox
Tina Sörqvist has been Global HR Director for the business unit Tobii Dynavox since 2015. She was previously the Recruitment & Staffing Manager at NetEnt AB (publ.), and before that she was International Staffing Manager at Capgemini, working internationally with bases mainly in Europe and India.
Tina has completed studies in Business Administration at Gothenburg University School of Business, Economics & Law, Sweden, and at Birmingham University, UK.
President Global Marketing
Nils previously held the position Vice President Loyalty programs at SAS. . He has a background from senior positions within Razorfish (US) , Lowe/IPG group (Sweden) and Tradedoubler (Nordics and Russia). Nils holds an M.Sc. in Economics & Business Administration from Stockholm School Economics and is a Graduate of the Standford Executive program.
