TD Snap will not start after Certificate Migration 1.21

If after the migration to 1.21 and the TD Snap App starts, but there is a spinning wheel that never stops
Do this:
If you have access to the Windows operating system. Select the windows settings and Apps. Search for TD Snap. Select the Advanced option, then select Terminate. Go back to the desk top and launch TD Snap again.

If you do not have access to the Windows operating system, for example TD Snap is in full screen mode and you cannot get behind it,
Do this:
Press and hold the Power button until the device is off. Turn on normally and relaunch the TD Snap App.
